If you are a California resident, you have a right to receive this Notice of Financial Incentives, as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, Civil Code §1798.100 et seq. (CCPA). This Notice is to provide you with information regarding any financial incentive or “price or service difference” that we may provide in exchange for your personal information. All terms are used in this Notice as defined in the CCPA or applicable regulations thereunder.

In order to participate in our rewards program(s) and use our services, you may provide personal information from time to time, directly or indirectly, in exchange for or related to cash, reward points, or other financial incentive, or price or service difference, the amount or nature of which, and any terms or conditions of which, will be specified in each instance at the time specific offers are presented to you. You can opt into specific offers by participating in them and you can withdraw from our member rewards program entirely by closing your account. 

You can opt out of our sale or sharing of your personal information by contacting support (support@freecoin.ai) and remain enrolled in our membership rewards program. However, in some instances, you may have the opportunity to provide personal information to us or a third party and by doing so you can opt into a financial incentive or price or service difference by submitting the personal information, even if you have previously opted out of sales or sharing. If you subsequently wish to withdraw from such financial incentive or price or service difference, the method for doing so will be explained in connection with the applicable opportunity, or you may request assistance with such withdrawal by contacting our Customer Care service as provided below. 

Each financial incentive or price or service difference related to submission and use of consumer personal information is based upon our good faith estimate of the value of such information, which takes into consideration, without limitation, estimates regarding (i) the ways in which we may use such information currently or in the future, (ii) the anticipated revenue which might be generated from the use of such information, (iii) the anticipated expenses which might be incurred in the collection, storage, and use of such information, as well as the overhead, marketing, and other expenses which might be incurred in the operation of our business, and (iv) anticipated future economic and market conditions and other relevant factors related to the estimated potential value of such information to our business, as permitted under the CCPA. 

In general, we anticipate that the estimated average net value of consumer personal information overall to our business after taking into consideration all of the forgoing factors is between 120% and 200% of the aggregate financial incentives or price or service differentials being offered to consumers for such information, although the value may vary outside that estimated range in specific cases. (For instance, responses to our Drop Codes generally have no measurable economic benefit to our business, but rather are provided and rewarded as an additional benefit to our members encouraging them to visit our site on a daily basis.)

By maintaining your rewards membership, and by engaging in specific offers, you confirm that the value you are receiving is reasonably related to the value of your personal information. If you do not agree, do not engage in those offers and/or terminate your account.
